It really saddens me that I haven't posted in so long. My computer is still out of commision so it's really difficult to find one to use. It's liberating but also extremely annoying at the same time. It's been pretty chilly here in Chicago but the news promises weather in the 50s on Wednesday which is pretty exciting. I should have my computer soon so I will definitely be posting more! Thanks for continuing to read!

I just want to give a big thanks to Jillian for letting me use her computer. I was afraid I would lose all my followers if I didn't post something quick! The status remains the same, unfortunately, on my computer. We had a huge snowstorm here in Chicago but Sophie and I braved the cold for a few minutes to snap some photos. Sunday I arrived home from work and my computer screen wouldn't turn on. Now it turns out my poor Mac has more than just a quick fix problem (and a very expensive one at that). I cannot freaking believe this Chicago weather! Yesterday it was in the 50s, today very warm 40s and I have barely seen any snow. I absolutely love it! Although it's probably making me a little rusty at snowboarding, I'll survive. Tonight marks the start of the year of 25 (first of my friends from high school to turn 25) and I have a surprise for everyone at the party tonight. I'm pretty excited, and I promise to document it. Hope wherever you are you have beautiful weather as well and are having a wonderful weekend!

Okay, these pictures did not come out nearly as well as I'd hoped.... I probably shouldn't have used the flash. Regardless I was very excited about my periwinkle jeans from Blank NYC. They are much lighter than they appear in the photos. Remember how I told you that ridiculous things happen to me? Well yesterday I managed to get a splinter in my behind from a wooden chair while eating lunch. I must have some magnet in me that draws this crazy stuff to me. I was really hoping to have some fun, sparkly New Years Eve pictures to share with all of you but unfortunately I had the stomach flu and ended up spending my evening on the couch watching Kung Fu Panda 2 with my amazing boyfriend. It wasn't quite what I was expecting but at least I was with someone very special to me. Here are just some instagram photos taken recently since I have nothing else to post today.
